   उन्होंने आरम्भ में कहा कि शासन की सत्ता कायम है और इसकी संस्थाओं सहित, “ राज्य मशीनरी मुबारक वफादारों और उनकी पार्टी के सदस्यों से भरी है”। जबकि दूसरी ओर “ व्यापक स्तर पर सुरक्षा संस्थान मुबारक द्वारा निर्मित शासक कुलीनों के नियंत्रण में है” । इसके साथ ही वे अपनी बात समाप्त करते हुए कहते हैं “ इस शासन का सम्भावित अंत और राष्ट्रपति के अंत की बात को बढा चढाकर प्रस्तुत किया गया है” । वास्तव में तो यह मेरे तर्क का ही समर्थन है।
